Christopher Manor is nestled in a neighborhood setting just minutes to the beach, parks and major shopping. Lush landscape and a greenspace with playscape are on the property to be enjoyed or viewed from patios or balconies available on most apartments. Clean and efficient laundry facilites are located within the controlled access building.

Pet Policy

Pets Welcome! Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community with a maximum of two pets per household. All pet residents must have a current rabies vaccination and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
Pet Rent: $75 monthly dog rent, $35 monthly cat rent; for puppies and kittens under 1 year old, an additional $20 monthly rent applies. (All charges noted above are per pet.)
Restrictions: We welcome all breeds of dogs, except the following breeds or mixed breed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard and Wolf Dog Hybrids.* (including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, and Presa Canario.) Any undetermined mix is also a restricted breed. We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.
